Nora graduated at the Rotterdam Theatre school in 2016 and was then accepted at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Maastricht. She played her first leading role in the feature film Layla M. directed by Mijke de Jong. For this role she got a special nomination from the jury at the Philadelphia Filmfestival, an Angela Award for outstanding performance at the Subtitle European Filmfestival 2016, Best Actress Award at the Les Arcs European Filmfestival and a Golden Calf for Best Actress at the Dutch Filmfestival. Soon the series Loïs will premier where she plays the part of Nadia Tahiri and she is now filming for the UK series Bagdad Central.
