Amanda Collin

Amanda was born in Denmark, and trained at the William Esper Studio in New York, before going on to leading roles in the Royal Danish Theatre. In 2017, she was nominated for the Danish Academy Award (Robert) for her role as ‘Rakel’, the religious mother of two kidnapped children, in “A Conspiracy of Faith”. She received critical acclaim for her role in the Danish film , directed by Christian Tafdrup, in which she played the lead role of ‘Marie’. Amanda recently wrapped on two feature films – “The Exception” by Jesper W. Nielsen, which is based on the novel by Christian Jungersen, and “Harpiks” by Daniel Borgman.
