Anna Kameníková
Anna is a Czech actor who was born in Prague. She studied acting at Prague Conservatory from 2009 to 2014, and began to secure roles on both film and television while she was still in drama school. She has worked extensively in Czech theatre, having performed on all the major stages throughout the country. Her on screen work includes: the role of ‘Anyna Marakova’ in TO THE WOODS; as ‘Lenka’ in STORYTELLER, which was directed by Vladimír Michálek; ‘Sasa’ in CHASING FIFTY; ABOUT MY FAMILY AND OTHER DISASTERS; the series BOZENA as ‘Barbora’; as ‘Camille’ in Charlotte Sieling’s THE MAN; the biopic series BORGIA; as ‘Andrea Remesová’ in the crime series LABYRINTH; the comedy crime drama EEL SQUAD, playing the part of ‘Pumparka Mája’; the feature film LAST KNIGHTS by Kazuaki Kiriya; and as the leading role in the television mini-series SEMESTR by Adam Sedlák. Anna received a Best Supporting Actress nomination at the Czech Lion Awards for her role as ‘Olinka’ in Jan Hrebejk’s INNOCENCE. Her upcoming work includes the feature film GRAND PRIX, which is written and directed by Jan Prusinovský.
