Felix Mayr
Felix Mayr was born in 1995 in Zurich, Switzerland. In 2014, he moved to Germany with the ambition to enrol in an acting school, and only a few months later he was accepted at the renowned Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin. Throughout his studies there he worked in multiple theatres including the Volksbühne Berlin, and Ballhaus Ost. After graduating, he continued performing on stage before he landed the role of ‘Mike’ in Anna Winger’s Emmy awarded mini-series UNORTHODOX on Netflix. Shortly after finishing filming on the show, he decided to pack his belongings and make an eleven month-long trip around the world. Returning to Berlin in 2020 with a renewed sense of purpose, Felix began to build his career with consistent work both on stage and screen in projects including: the television series KITZ; as ‘Rico Steinmetz’ in the film WOLFSJAGD; as ‘Torben Stennert’ in LETZTE SPUR BERLIN; and as ‘Lance’ in Ben Wheatley’s film sequel MEG 2: THE TRENCH. Felix recently shot a key role in the new Netflix series SENNA which is based on the Brazilian racing legend, and which will be released next year.
