Tomasz Ziętek

Tomasz Ziętek is a graduate of the Danuta Baduszkowa Conservatory in Poland. He made his screen debut in 2014 playing the lead role of ‘Jan Bytnar’ in the film STONES FOR THE RAMPART, which was directed by Robert Glinski, and which proved to be very popular with Polish audiences. Tomasz has been nominated for the Polish Film Awards on no less than three occasions for his performances in: SILENT NIGHT by Piotr Domalewski; his role in the Oscar-nominated CORPUS CHRISTI by Jan Komasa; as well as for LEAVE NO TRACES by Jan P. Matuszyński. Other notable roles include: the part of ‘Robert’ in Piotr Domalewski’s OPERATION HYACINTH; ‘Pawel’ in the comedy feature SILENT NIGHT; crime thriller KONWÓJ; 'Mlody' in the drama I NEVER CRY; the fantasy feature DEMON which was directed by Marcin Wrona; BODY by Małgorzata Szumowska, and the role of ‘Tomasz’ in the BBC war series WORLD ON FIRE. Tomasz is a member of both the Polish Film Academy and the European Film Academy, and is an accomplished musician. His most recent performance was as ‘Captain Jan Grudzinski’ in the feature film BELOW THE SURFACE, which was written & directed by Jacek Bławut.
