Known for Above the Sky (2019), A Good Man (2020) and Diversant 3: Krym (2020), Darya Zhovner was shortlisted for Best Actress with her extraordinary performance as ‘Ila’ in the controversial and provocative Russian film Closeness (2017). The film won the FIPRESCI Prize at the Cannes Film Festival. She can most recently be seen in Above the Sky (2019) and is currently filming Doctor Lisa (2020).
