Nadja Bobyleva

Nadja Bobyleva was born in Moscow. Her artistic journey began at the age of seven at the youth theatre academy "Klass-Center," where she began to develop her acting skills. At the age of nine, her family immigrated to Germany. In 2000, Nadja made her acting debut in the feature film ENGEL & JOE marking the beginning of her career in film and television. She completed her training at the University of Music and Theatre in Hanover, which she enhanced with a year-long stay at the State Theater Academy in St. Petersburg. For her outstanding performance as ‘Klara’ in RAUS INS LEBEN, Nadja was awarded the Günter Strack Television Prize. She later moved to Los Angeles, where she worked as an actor and director at the theatre "Schkapf." During this time, Nadja collaborated with leading industry talents such as: Steven Spielberg, Joe Johnston, and Jan Kounen, and she starred in the Luc Besson-produced series THE SHOW. She played the key role of ‘Katje’ in Steven Spielberg’s BRIDGE OF SPIES. Other notable credits include: DAS INSTITUT, and WHEREVER PARADISE IS. In addition to acting, Nadja has pursued other creative paths including writing screenplays and producing short films, and she studied Creative Producing at Hamburg Media School.
