Portuguese actor José Mata won a 2016 Portuguese Golden Globe for his role as ‘Tiago’ in the film, IMPOSSIBLE LOVE. He is one of Portugal’s biggest stars thanks to his charismatic performance as ‘Joao’ in the television series HERE SO FAR and especially for his on-going role as ‘Lobo’ in the popular Portuguese comedy drama, BIG LOVE. In 2016, he shot one of the leading roles in a new film by Sérgio Graciano called UMA VIDA À ESPERA, which will be released in Europe later this year.
