Kristina hails from Kiev, and has worked as an actor for the past six years with a keen focus on theatre. Her previous stage roles range from comedic to dramatic, and her recent work includes the part of ‘Anastasia’ in PLACE FOR THE DRAGON at the Malyi theatre, which was based on the writings of Y. Vinnichuk. In addition to her theatrical work, Kristina has performed more and more on-screen over the past few years in feature films such as the award-winning VOLCANO, which was written & directed by Roman Bondarchuk. The film garnered a lot of attention internationally, and Kristina was nominated for the Best Actress Award at the Ukrainian Film Academy Awards in 2020 for her portrayal of ‘Marushka’ in it. Her other previous credits include: Dmutro Laktionov’s SAGA in which Kristina played the lead role of ‘Allochka’; as ‘Tania’ in LOVE WITH THE AROMA OF COFFEE, directed by Oleg Tyranskiy; and the biographical feature OXYGEN STATION, about the politician Mustafa Dzhemilev. Directed by Ivan Tymchenko, Kristina plays the part of’ Safinar’ in it, and it is due to be released in 2022.
