At just 11 years of age, Sebastian made his acting debut in Thomas Vinterberg's SUBMARINO, playing the child version of lead character ‘Nick’. A few years later, he was once again asked by Vinterberg to join the cast of his critically acclaimed feature THE HUNT, playing Mads Mikkelsen’s son ‘Torsten’. These formative experiences inspired Sebastian to navigate towards acting as his career path, and he began to build up an impressive body of work. His notable previous roles include: playing the part of ‘Private Lundgren’ in the World War 2 drama APRIL 9th; ‘Kenneth’ in the prison comedy OUT OF TUNE; the hostage series BELOW THE SURFACE; Tobias Lindholm’s THE INVESTIGATION; OUT OF THE DARKNESS directed by Anders Refn; and played the lead role of ‘Nicki’ in 2 DAYS. More recently, Sebastian starred as ‘Isaac’ opposite Samara Weaving and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett in the action feature AZRAEL. In 2024, SONS (Vogter) marked Sebastian’s first lead in a Danish feature film. Directed by Gustav Möller, he played the part of ‘Mikkel’ in a performance that garnered widespread critical praise, and which earned Sebastian both a Bodil (Danish Film Critics Association) & a Robert (Danish Film Academy) nomination.
